Rewiring for your Office and House

If your premises are too old and many occasion of tripping and burning of wire, which may due to wear and tear, under size cable used for power points, damages etc. You may need to serious consider to re-wiring the whole unit including upgrading the DB( distribution board).

For re-wiring work, all the outgoing cable from the DB will be removed and reinstall with new casing ( expose or conceal). For air-con Isolator and heater points, 15 amp is recommended and shall not be shared with same circuit with other power point circuit. Different appliances and usage may need different voltage and shall ask our product catalogue and recommended from the supplier.

Electrical Work & Associate Work

As the electrical work may affect others work such as wall or ceiling being affected after rewiring, the wall or ceiling will required localised plastering, make good ceiling with skim coat or painting.
